Every wedding is unique, just like our brides and grooms! So taking the time to meet and get acquainted with you is important. Discussing your likes and dislikes and having a pre-wedding consultation helps us to understand you as individuals. Being relaxed and comfortable with us will leave you to enjoy your day whilst we focus on creating a unique and compelling love story using a blend of quality shooting styles including cinematic and aerial drone filming.

What is cinematic filming (cinematography) and how is it different to standard filming?

This is a question we get asked all too often.

Filming is usually done by a sole videographer using simple stabilizing equipment to give you clean, crisp and stable footage. The shots are simple and resemble what you’d normally see on TV.

Cinematography (also known as cinematic filming) is the art of producing stunning and artistic shots using a wide range of equipment including sliders and cranes. The aim in cinematography is to capture shots resembling big budget movies (hence the name cinematography). Cinematography typically involves being part of a two to three man crew solely focused on getting sweeping shots of the subject from a variety of angles.

Cinematography usually costs more than the typical filming package due to the additional crew members, the additional equipment being used and the extra editing involved in post-production.
